Botanic Bee

Botanic Gardens, Adelaide, South Australia. Spring time in the Botanic Gardens, Adelade, found a bee having fun removing pollen. Wouldn’t sit still long enough for me to get a decent picture, this was one of the better attempts.

Lonely Shopping Trolley

Western suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. On the way to have dinner at a friends place I spotted this shopping trolley while we were stopped at traffic lights. It just struck me as an interesting photo at the time, shopping centre was closed for the night, just a single lonely trolley sitting near a nice gum tree.

All locked up

All locked up

All locked up

Tennis court next to one of the local parks, gates all locked up with shiny padlocks. I think you have to be a paying member to get a key, probably a good idea to prevent people abusing the facility.

One of the padlocks is marked ETSA, that’s so the local power supplier can get in and read the power meter. I suppose the members fees go towards that bill and many others :)
